Fleet Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead daily fleet operations, ensure vehicle availability, and drive efficiency across our transportation network. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management of a control‑tower function to deliver reliable, cost‑effective mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, utilization, dispatch planning, and vehicle availability.
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, downtime, and overall fleet performance.
• Ensure proactive maintenance, repairs, and effective lifecycle management of all vehicles.
• Maintain compliance with UAE and GCC transport regulations, safety standards, licensing, and documentation.
• Lead the Control Tower team to provide real‑time fleet monitoring, trip visibility, exception handling, and timely escalation of issues.
• Coordinate with transport operations, drivers, maintenance teams, and external vendors to guarantee smooth operations.
• Analyse fleet and operational data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC transport regulations.
• Proven experience in fleet operations, maintenance, and cost management.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
