Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the role

Minar Holdings is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee daily fleet dispatch, route optimisation and customs documentation for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role combines logistics coordination with UAE import/export compliance, ensuring smooth vehicle movements and timely clearance of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily fleet movements, driver schedules, vehicle dispatching and route optimisation.
• Execute UAE customs clearance procedures, prepare regulatory documentation and maintain trade‑compliance logs.
• Monitor driver routes, shipment delivery timelines and fleet performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, port authorities, clearance agents and internal logistics teams.
• Maintain complete logistics documentation, fleet inspection records and operational logs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with UAE customs clearance processes.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Proven ability to manage fleet coordination in a logistics or transportation environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of UAE customs portals.
• Experience with import/export documentation.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking tools.
• Competence in fleet scheduling and route planning.
