Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will lead daily housekeeping operations at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s luxury standards. This role is pivotal in delivering the exceptional guest experience Four Seasons is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching to staff.
• Handle guest requests, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and liaise with relevant departments.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time‑management and efficiency skills.
