FMCG Field Sales Representative – Supermarkets & Groceries

About the role

The FMCG Field Sales Representative will promote and sell Frozen Cafe’s product range directly to supermarkets, grocery stores and mini‑marts across the UAE. This is a field‑based, full‑time position focused on acquiring new accounts and growing repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily to introduce products and secure opening orders.
• Develop and manage new supermarket and grocery accounts.
• Take repeat orders and ensure product availability and proper display.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activity and customer interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous UAE field‑sales experience, preferably selling directly to supermarkets and grocery stores.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE retail market and existing relationships with store owners or buyers.
• Confident in approaching new businesses without appointments.
• Ability to work independently in the field and develop a sales territory.
• UAE driving licence preferred; fluent English required (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu a plus).
