About the role

Join the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina team as a Food & Beverage Assistant for the Executive Lounge. You will deliver high‑quality service to executive guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience in a vibrant, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to Executive Lounge guests throughout the day.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness, set up service areas, and monitor self‑service stations.
• Assist with food preparation, stock monitoring, and replenishment of supplies.
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Communicate guest preferences and anticipate needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Stay informed about hotel facilities and promote them to guests.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable hospitality setting.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
