Food & Beverage Assistant – Russian Speaking

About the role

Join voco Dubai The Palm as a Food & Beverage Assistant and be the front‑line host for guests speaking Russian. You will work in a vibrant hotel environment, delivering the brand’s relaxed yet attentive service while supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOP and departmental standards to maintain service quality.
• Assist in the hands‑on operation of the outlet, including food and beverage preparation.
• Participate in daily briefings on service flow, menu updates and guest expectations.
• Serve guests efficiently, ensuring speed, accuracy and adherence to service sequences.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and answer guest queries.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools and service areas.
• Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives on supplies, electricity and water.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar food & beverage role.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for service excellence.
• Team‑player attitude and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
