Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will be the face of the resort’s dining venues, delivering exceptional service to guests in a luxury environment. Working across restaurants, bars and poolside outlets, you will help create memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and dining areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet and event spaces.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
