Food & Beverage Director – Ultra‑Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead the culinary and dining operations of an ultra‑luxury property in Dubai. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, you will shape the gastronomic identity of the resort, drive commercial performance and ensure an unrivalled guest experience across all food and beverage venues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for all restaurants, bars, in‑room dining and high‑end banqueting operations.
• Champion innovation and haute‑gastronomy standards while delivering European‑style, tailored service.
• Drive top‑line revenue through menu engineering, pricing strategy and rigorous cost control in line with ownership KPIs.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary targets.
• Develop and mentor a diverse, international F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee beverage program development and large‑scale event execution to meet Michelin‑level service expectations.

Required profile

• Proven track record as Food & Beverage Director in 5‑star luxury hotels, ultra‑luxury resorts or high‑end lifestyle hospitality groups.
• Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern luxury market, particularly Dubai’s competitive dining landscape.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, menu engineering and cost optimisation.
• Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence and intercultural communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in French, Italian or Arabic is a strong asset.
