Front Office Assistant

About the role

The Front Office Assistant will join the Front Office Team of two luxury hotels in Dubai, delivering personalized guest services from arrival to departure. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and uphold the high standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, managing smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Handle room assignments, payment transactions and provide accurate information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns, coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and system entries using Opera PMS or similar property management systems.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests confidently and courteously.
• Proven reliability, punctuality and teamwork in previous roles.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with calmness under pressure.
• Positive attitude aligned with luxury hospitality standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS or comparable property management software.
