As a Food & Beverage Host at Hilton Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable dining experiences with a warm and upbeat attitude. Your role blends guest interaction, menu knowledge, and efficient service to ensure every meal feels special.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and proactively enhance their dining experience.
• Learn and communicate details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized food service station.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
