About the role
Join the Aloft Abu Dhabi team as a Food & Beverage Intern and immerse yourself in Marriott’s renowned hotel internship program. You’ll experience day‑to‑day operations, learn how the department supports guest experiences, and develop a solid foundation for a career in hospitality. The internship is full‑time and based on‑site at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre location.
Key responsibilities
- Learn first‑hand the core operations of the hotel’s Food & Beverage department, including service standards, menu preparation, and guest interaction processes.
- Gain practical, hands‑on experience by assisting with daily tasks, supporting event setups, and collaborating with senior staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Be a current college or university student enrolled in a relevant program such as hospitality, tourism, or business management.
- Demonstrate confidence, a proactive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests and contributing to a vibrant, modern hotel environment.
