Food & Beverage Internship – Abu Dhabi Yas Island

About the role

The Food and Beverage Intern will support Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island across multiple service areas, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will rotate through the bar, restaurant, room service, and conference & events sections while handling guest queries and cash transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and professionally.
• Take and deliver customer orders while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare table and room set‑ups for dining and events.
• Follow cash handling procedures and manage guest payments.
• Address guest queries promptly and efficiently.
• Promote departmental incentives and up‑sell where appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, health & safety, fire regulations, and local licensing laws.
• Keep work areas clean and environmentally aware.
• Assist other departments as needed and foster good working relationships.
