About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food & Beverage Intern at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah you will support dining and event services while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Learn all F&B operations by working across the bar, restaurant, room service and events.
- Delight guests by greeting them warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare tables with precision, including setting, arranging, folding napkins and placing tableware for dining and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety by keeping work areas organized and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.
