Food & Beverage Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Operations Assistant to support the day‑to‑day activities of our café and restaurant outlets. The role involves close collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing and other teams.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and follow up on operational requirements.
• Monitor service standards, product quality, cleanliness and overall guest experience.
• Assist outlet managers in resolving daily operational challenges.
• Prepare reports, schedules, stock control, purchasing and operational follow‑ups.
• Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Take initiative to solve problems and drive continuous operational improvement.

Required profile

• Previous F&B experience in the UAE, preferably in a fast‑paced café or restaurant.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on, flexible, eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to multitask and work closely with different departments.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
