Food & Beverage Service Apprentice – Garage

About the role

Join W Hotels on Yas Island as a Food & Beverage Service Apprentice in the garage area. You will support the Guest Service team in delivering memorable dining experiences while learning the fundamentals of hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and assist with timely service.
• Maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle light lifting, carrying and moving of items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Assist with menu verification and ensure accurate presentation of food and beverages.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of food and beverage service processes.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items as described.
