About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Service Expert to deliver impeccable dining experiences for its luxury guests. You will be a key member of the service team, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery while upholding the brand’s renowned standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.
• Greet guests according to St. Regis standards and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on portions, ingredients, and potential allergens.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns or requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
• Support the breakdown, cleaning, and set‑up of buffets and food stations.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
