About the role
Join W Hotels in Dubai as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal service runs smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and manage supplies.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Follow health, safety, and company policies, including proper uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
