Food & Beverage Service Expert – Level 43

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert ensures guests receive a memorable dining experience at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will be the front‑line host, handling everything from table setup to serving meals and maintaining a clean service area.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, chairs and dining accessories according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, replenish supplies and ensure work areas are tidy.
• Handle menu items, verify orders and manage guest transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with help), carrying, pushing and pulling equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
