Food & Beverage Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Join the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, overseeing multiple dining outlets and ensuring memorable guest experiences in line with IHG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized guest experience while maintaining service standards.
• Supervise daily F&B operations, lead team members and conduct shift briefings.
• Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels and wastage to maximise profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and local alcohol licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience with bar operations knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience in inventory control procedures.
