Food & Beverage Supervisor – Anantara Downtown Dubai

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the F&B outlets at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth team performance. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will drive service standards, uphold safety and hygiene, and contribute to the resort’s overall business results.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities across the resort to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and guarantee the highest quality of food and beverage service.
• Develop and lead a strong team, delivering prompt, courteous service in line with brand standards.
• Handle daily team member relations, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Encourage problem‑solving and empowerment through proper training and coaching.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and guest service.
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
