Food & Beverage Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B operations in Dubai, ensuring top‑quality service, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and continuous improvement of the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with the best quality food and service through cost‑effective and efficient management while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Ensure F&B operations comply with Company Service Standards, including hygiene and safety practices.
• Supervise direct reports by delivering training, coaching, and regular feedback to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage customer complaints through investigation, corrective actions, and team awareness to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain a dynamic rostering system to guarantee adequate shift coverage while minimizing overtime.
• Implement safe working practices and procedures in line with EKFC policies.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement areas and recommend actions that enhance service quality.
• Apply the Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2008 standards, executing responsibilities according to department procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a 5‑star environment.
• Experience and understanding of luxury hotel and stand‑alone restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
