About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert for the Wet Deck at W Hotels Dubai ensures that food‑and‑beverage operations run smoothly and create memorable experiences for guests. You will work on the floor, assisting the kitchen, setting tables, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and replenish supplies.
- Clean work areas, manage inventory, and restock items as needed.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
