About the role
The Food & Beverage Training Manager will support the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef in designing, delivering and overseeing learning programmes that enhance service standards across all F&B outlets at The Royal.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive training plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead a pool of departmental trainers to ensure consistent, high‑quality training delivery.
- Promote training initiatives and communicate programme details to all staff.
- Identify behaviours that drive service excellence and coach colleagues accordingly.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content to meet guest‑expectation standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training within a luxury hotel environment.
- Proven ability to create training content for hospitality operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management and staff at all levels.
- Experience thriving in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting.
