About the role

Join Nusr‑Et, a world‑renowned fine‑dining brand, as a Food Runner. You will be the link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring every plate reaches the guest with perfect presentation and temperature.

Key responsibilities

• Transport dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate timing and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain the restaurant’s aesthetic and quality standards when handling food.
• Respond courteously to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and keeping service stations clean.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end or fine‑dining environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting while remaining composed.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Good command of English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian, Spanish) are a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment.
