About the role
SHINOBI Handroll Bar is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for enthusiastic Food Servers who view hospitality as more than just taking orders. You will be part of a vibrant, personality‑driven concept that aims to create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, understand their preferences, and create a personalized dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Read guests’ cues to anticipate needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
Required profile
- Strong personality and natural warmth.
- High energy, confidence, and enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to read guests and adapt service accordingly.
