Foreman - Civil (Bridge Maintenance Project)

About the role

The Foreman will supervise and coordinate daily civil works for bridge construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site workers and allocate manpower, tools, and materials for smooth daily execution.
• Execute and monitor concrete works, structural repairs, formwork, reinforcement, waterproofing, and general civil maintenance.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors to meet project targets.
• Monitor workmanship, ensure compliance with approved quality standards, and conduct regular site checks.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, progress, and site activities while supporting HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or relevant trade qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on bridge construction or maintenance projects in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
