Foreman – Construction Crew Leader

About the role

The Foreman will lead construction crews for concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing and structural strengthening projects at STRUCTURAL’s Dubai office. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role ensures work is performed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field crews on‑site, accurately estimating labour requirements.
• Develop crew schedules and verify that work follows plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management.
• Ensure safe and productive use of tools and equipment.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates and creating look‑ahead schedules.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of general construction experience, including at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontractor oversight.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to read and execute construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Basic computer and construction math skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
