Forex Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Forex Sales Conversion Agent to join our Dubai office. The role focuses on promoting our Forex and CFD products, converting high‑quality leads into active trading clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active trading accounts using consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for future sales and maximise client conversion.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading products and industry developments.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Experience in a conversion or retention sales role within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms.
