Founding Content & Community Lead

About the role

WYLE is building an AI‑driven Personal Operating System and needs a founding Content and Community Lead to shape how the world discovers and trusts the product. You will be the face of the brand, creating and delivering video‑first content that explains a brand‑new category.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on‑camera personality for WYLE, appearing regularly in short‑form videos.
• Conceptualise, script, shoot, edit and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
• Manage and engage the WYLE community on WhatsApp and other platforms alongside the Head of Marketing.
• Develop a sustainable cadence that balances volume with premium quality.
• Own the end‑to‑end production pipeline, solving both creative and systems challenges.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating video‑first content in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and able to build a recognizable personal presence.
• Hands‑on creator who can execute every step of the content workflow without relying on external briefs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
