FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for Al Futtaim Group's contracting and real‑estate operations in Dubai. You will partner with business heads to build budgets, forecasts and performance insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly flash performance reports and detailed MIS extracts for SBU stakeholders.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Gather collection and payment insights, manage cash‑flow uploads into Anaplan, and support cash‑forecast meetings.
• Lead the annual budget and 3‑year financial plan, ensuring timely uploads into SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collate quarterly forecasts, monitor P&L performance, and flag revenue or cost variances.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, review overheads at GL level and recommend corrective actions.
• Support HR with manpower cost reporting and collaborate on group reporting requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities, participate in AI training and apply learnings to improve efficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• PowerPoint presentation creation.
