Franchise Coordinator – Global Operations

About the role

The Body Shop is looking for a Franchise Coordinator to join its Dubai hub and support franchise operations across multiple international markets. This role is ideal for someone with retail, FMCG, fashion or beauty experience who enjoys working with data, systems and a wide range of stakeholders in a fast‑paced global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination between franchise partners and internal teams.
• Support day‑to‑day franchise operations and ensure timely delivery of support to markets.
• Maintain high‑quality data, generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Retail and Business Management functions.
• Build strong relationships across multiple functions and geographies to ensure smooth network operation.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Confident using Excel, SAP and Power BI for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, fashion or beauty environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, global business setting.
