About the role
The Sales & Service Advisor (Outsource) will source and facilitate home‑finance applications, guide customers through the entire onboarding journey, and ensure monthly targets are achieved while delivering high‑quality after‑sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Source and process home‑finance applications, ensuring all documentation and credit requirements are complete.
- Meet and exceed monthly disbursement targets and open new business avenues.
- Handle after‑sales queries until the full disbursement of funds for construction is completed.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to bank‑prescribed processes, SOPs, and central‑bank regulations, including KYC and ID&V requirements.
- Maintain agreed turnaround times (TAT) for all customer interactions.
Required profile
- Proven sales and customer‑service experience.
- Knowledge of the real‑estate market.
- Home‑finance or banking experience preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
