About the role
CXG is a global customer experience agency servicing premium and luxury brands. It helps brands reach profitable growth by turning transactional moments into relationships and emotional experiences. With a network of 170+ customer experience experts across 70 countries, we help brands evaluate the experiences they deliver and develop programs that support a strong experience and business culture. As a freelance luxury brand evaluator, you will act as a secret assessor, providing discreet feedback on your favorite luxury stores.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in stores.
- Provide detailed feedback on experiences in markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or cars.
- Share opinions about your shopping experience to help improve service excellence.
Required profile
- Arabic speaker.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
