Freelance Sales Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Sales Executive Assistant to support a growing service‑based business. Working remotely, you will own outbound sales activities and client‑facing administration, allowing the owner to focus on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospect apartment complexes and other potential clients.
• Pitch security/patrol services and secure signed contracts.
• Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Draft client contracts, handle light invoicing, and manage day‑to‑day email correspondence.
• Manage the owner’s calendar, coordinate with the office overseer, and keep administrative operations running smoothly.
• Complete onboarding calls, build strong relationships with internal teams, and operate autonomously.

Required profile

• Proven outbound B2B sales/SDR experience with a track record of closing deals.
• Experience drafting contracts and performing basic invoicing.
• Availability to work full‑time (40 hrs/week) on US Eastern hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm).
• High accountability, detail‑orientation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with calendar and email management tools.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $7.00.
