About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Admin / Receptionist to join our leading Dental and Dermatology Clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the medical team in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls and respond to messages.
• Process insurance approvals and submissions.
• Perform basic administrative duties and coordinate with clinicians.
• Maintain a tidy, professional front‑desk area.

Required profile

• Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to clinic workflows.
• Team player comfortable working in a high‑tempo environment.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior clinic or reception experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Medical coding knowledge (advantageous).
