Front Desk Agent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. In this role you will deliver professional, customer‑focused service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable stay from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests, achieving high satisfaction levels.
• Greet guests by name, escort them to their rooms, and conduct in‑room and hotel familiarisation.
• Assist guests with enquiries about hotel activities, local attractions, promotions, and events.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rate levels, occupancy, and daily sales targets.
• Accurately handle front‑desk cashiering, process check‑in/check‑out, and post incidental charges using the hotel’s computer system.
• Protect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel front‑office or reception role.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera (hotel property management system).
