About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent who speaks Russian to join our team at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering personalized, high-quality service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms and provide a warm welcome.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, accurately posting incidental charges.
- Respond to guest enquiries about hotel facilities, local attractions, promotions and events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, occupancy levels and hotel policies.
- Process cash and credit transactions in accordance with Front Desk cashiering standards.
- Protect guest privacy by safeguarding personal information.
Required profile
- Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English and fluency in Russian.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
