Front Desk Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

The Receptionist/Host is the first point of contact for guests at Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai. You will guide guests through self‑check‑in kiosks, showcase hotel services and amenities, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s energetic and flexible spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks for a smooth arrival and departure.
• Act as the go‑to source for hotel services, amenities, local happenings and city highlights.
• Proactively resolve guest questions and minor issues before they become larger problems.
• Connect guests with the appropriate hotel departments, fostering seamless teamwork.
• Support Front Office operational tasks to maintain an energetic and efficient flow.
• Deliver authentic, fun and flexible service that radiates Radisson energy.

Required profile

• Dynamic, people‑oriented and comfortable mixing interaction styles.
• Innovative, creative with a positive mindset and a solution‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated, engaging and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Experience with IT systems; fluency in English required, Russian an advantage.
