About the role
Almed Retail is hiring a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Front of House (FOH) Team Member to support its growing food‑and‑beverage team in Dubai. The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior food‑service or customer‑service experience. You will interact positively with guests and team members while maintaining high service standards. This full‑time position offers an estimated monthly salary of AED 3,000 to AED 5,000.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers
- Help provide a positive dining experience
- Handle customer requests professionally
- Maintain excellent service standards
- Support daily front‑of‑house operations
- Interact positively and professionally with customers and team members
Required profile
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Previous food‑and‑beverage or customer‑service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and customer‑focused personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
