Front Office Intern

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers and gain hands‑on experience in hotel front‑desk operations. You will support guest services, check‑in and check‑out processes, and daily front office activities while developing strong communication and hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a genuine smile.
• Provide personalized check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to guide and assist guests.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, or escalate when necessary.
• Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Warm, outgoing, and service‑oriented personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software.
