Front Office Manager II

About the role

The Front Office Manager II leads all front office functions at a luxury hotel in Business Bay, Dubai. This senior position oversees the Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk, and the Retail/Gift Shop, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily front office operations, including bell, switchboard, front desk, and retail areas.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Guest Services team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Set and achieve performance, budget, and guest‑service goals while managing controllable expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet service standards and financial objectives.
• Communicate expectations, recognize achievements, and conduct regular department meetings.
• Ensure front office activities align with overall property financial targets and rooms department needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse front office team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of hotel front office procedures and financial controls.
