Front Office Team Leader

About the role

SIRO One Za'abeel is looking for a motivated Front Office Team Leader to uphold the brand’s high standards of service and wellbeing. You will lead the front desk team, ensure seamless guest experiences, and act as a role model for professionalism and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front desk agents, lead daily handover briefings and step in for the line manager when needed.
• Maintain grooming standards and ensure all team members follow them.
• Communicate effectively with all related departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Organise on‑job training, enforce SOPs and monitor LQA standards.
• Empower staff to deliver excellent customer service and make sound judgement decisions.
• Stay knowledgeable about memberships, activities, and services to assist guests.
• Handle in‑house guest requests, record issues, and follow up on complaints for full recovery.
• Upsell and cross‑sell hotel facilities, gather guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Assist the line manager with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Positive, motivated attitude with a strong leadership example.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across departments.
• Understanding of employee roles and ability to cover duties in their absence.
• Commitment to regular training, SOP compliance and LQA standards.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• High visibility in public areas and thorough knowledge of the SIRO product.
