About the role

Front‑of‑house waitstaff needed immediately for a hotel on the Ajman Corniche. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and set a positive tone for the meal.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and answer menu questions.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly while monitoring tables.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure correct and timely orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, reset tables and restock supplies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly, escalating when needed.

Required profile

• Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
• Ready to start immediately and work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems or order‑taking apps.
• Prior experience in hotel, restaurant or café settings (nice‑to‑have).
