Fulfillment & Inventory Associate – Dubai

About the role

Elite USA is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to support its Dubai operations. The role involves handling high‑value luxury inventory from arrival through inspection, documentation, storage, and shipment to customers or other Elite locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, open, and inspect incoming packages daily, verifying items against purchase documentation.
• Photograph each item according to company standards, capturing product, packaging, labels, and serial information.
• Tag, label, and store items accurately, ensuring the physical location matches the inventory system.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized storage area.
• Prepare and pack orders for same‑day or next‑day dispatch, adhering to luxury packaging standards.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers such as DHL and FedEx.

Required profile

• Minimum a 4‑year college degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the UAE.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, punctuality, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under high‑volume conditions.
