Full-time F&B Waiter/Waitress in Dubai

About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver efficient and professional food and beverage service to guests at our Dubai hotel, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests or dietary needs.
• Prepare and reset tables (mise en place), keep the service area clean, and follow HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Present bills accurately, process cash or card payments, and handle transactions responsibly.
• Promote menu items, specials and upsell to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality setting (preferred).
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
