About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position combines private tutoring and nanny responsibilities for a family in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver personalized academic support aligned with the child’s school curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing environment for daily care and enrichment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct individualized tutoring sessions covering homework, test preparation, and curriculum‑based learning.
• Plan and supervise educational and recreational activities that foster creativity and language development.
• Manage daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and transportation as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, secure household environment and ensure the child’s wellbeing at all times.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on academic progress and overall health.
• Adapt learning plans and care schedules in collaboration with the family.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or childcare, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
• Relevant education such as a degree or certification in Education, Early Childhood, or Child Development, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai with professionalism and discretion.
