Full‑time Wait Staff – Al Ain

About the role

Finisya Hospitality Solutions is seeking a friendly and attentive Wait Staff member to join its on‑site team in Al Ain. This full‑time position involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from order to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer food‑and‑beverage questions.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, keep tables clean and organized.
• Process payments, handle cash and operate the POS system.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the dining area.
• Assist with service preparation and closing duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, menu items and ingredient awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks and work efficiently during peak periods.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, carry trays and maintain a professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn on the job.
