About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell effectively.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, handling any guest complaints promptly.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of service equipment.
- Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
- Minimise waste, breakage and spoilage while maximizing revenue through upselling techniques.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Good command of English; strong guest service and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable, customer‑focused, responsible, team‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
