Fund Manager

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and growth‑oriented Fund Manager to join a dynamic investment firm in the United Arab Emirates. The role will support the full lifecycle of fund operations, evaluate early‑to‑growth stage investment opportunities, and manage portfolio company performance to maximise investor returns.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities aligned with the fund’s mandates.
• Build comprehensive financial models, valuation frameworks and scenario analyses for prospective and existing investments.
• Track performance, KPIs and operational progress across portfolio companies, preparing regular reports for limited partners.
• Assist in capital calls, distributions, fund drawdowns and ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards (DFSA/FSRA).
• Support senior leadership in drafting term sheets, negotiating transaction terms and preparing Investment Committee memos.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, asset management or corporate finance/M&A within the GCC or international markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; CFA designation highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, multiples) and quantitative analysis.
• Solid understanding of fund administration, private placement frameworks and regional financial regulations.
