FX Account Manager - Turkish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven FX Account Manager who speaks Turkish to acquire, manage and grow relationships with Turkish‑speaking clients and partners. The role involves onboarding new clients, providing platform guidance and ensuring a high‑quality client experience in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new Turkish‑speaking clients for the Group’s products and services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, driving retention and increasing lifetime value.
• Support clients through onboarding, KYC documentation, platform setup and first‑time activation.
• Proactively reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts and promote relevant campaigns and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Dealing, Marketing and Business Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales or retention within a Forex/CFD broker.
• Proven track record of meeting acquisition, retention and revenue targets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MT4 trading platform.
• Hands‑on experience with MT5 trading platform.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for client activity tracking.
